Jacketed ball valves: advanced thermal control for critical fluids

Certified quality and compliance with international standards

The jacketed ball valves by Adler Spa are the ideal solution for controlling fluids that need to maintain a constant temperature during the industrial process. Thanks to the heating jacket, these valves are able to prevent fluid solidification or excessive cooling, ensuring efficient and safe handling even for highly viscous substances or fluids sensitive to temperature variations.

Jacketed valves are designed for industrial sectors where thermal control is essential, such as the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and plastics processing industries.

The term “jacketed” refers to the presence of a heating jacket, namely a cavity surrounding the valve body, through which steam, thermal oil or other heating or cooling fluids can circulate. This mechanism makes it possible to keep the fluid inside the valve at a controlled temperature, preventing crystallization, solidification or changes in the viscosity of the conveyed product.

The jacketed ball valves by Adler Spa are available in carbon steel or stainless steel, ensuring maximum strength and durability even in chemically aggressive environments or under high thermal stress.
