The 2-piece “Split Body” ball valves are manufactured using patent no. 00219617, which provides for a double encapsulated seal between the body and the side piece, ensuring excellent sealing reliability.

The 2-piece full bore “Split Body” ball valves by Adler Spa can be manufactured either from bar stock, through high-precision machining processes that ensure superior mechanical strength, or from casting, using advanced processes that guarantee structural robustness and high pressure resistance. Both versions offer reliability, safety and long service life even under demanding operating conditions.
